Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead SUNPURE’s commercial activities in Chile, promoting innovative PV cleaning and fitting robot solutions for solar power plants. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the renewable‑energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends and competitive advantages.
• Mentor and guide the local sales team, setting performance goals.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development and client relationship management.
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with renewable‑energy, solar plants or PV systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
