Salesforce Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead the technical direction of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaS) Migration project. You will translate high‑level customer stories into detailed technical guidance, shape end‑to‑end solution designs and ensure the implementation aligns with business goals and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Salesforce‑based initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and enrich user stories with detailed notes.
• Design scalable, performant and maintainable solutions, including integration flows and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, product owners and engineering peers to align on approach and delivery.
• Lead architectural discussions, review artifacts for consistency with design principles, and identify technical risks early.
• Provide hands‑on assistance and mentorship to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and technical maturity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a lead, architect or coordinator role.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ members and participating in at least five full‑cycle projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to enhance high‑level stories with detailed technical notes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
