About the role

As a Salesforce Architect at BairesDev, you will define the technical direction of large‑scale Salesforce implementations. You will work across development, administration, and integration layers to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture.
• Define integration strategies and patterns with external systems.
• Guide technical decisions and enforce best practices, including version control and Salesforce DX workflows.
• Collaborate with development and admin teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, both development and administration.
• Proven experience designing complex Salesforce integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
