About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to develop and execute campaigns that generate new business and nurture long‑term relationships within a strategic portfolio of accounts. Based in Santiago with a hybrid work model, you will sell enterprise‑level solutions that support project delivery, operations, management and commercial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth in strategic accounts through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Develop and execute account business plans aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain C‑level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on infrastructure and engineering challenges.
- Translate customer challenges into value propositions that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Lead complex negotiations for enterprise contracts, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Participate in sales events such as trade shows, product demos and technical seminars.
- Travel up to 25 % of the time as required.
Required profile
- 5+ years of proven success selling software solutions in engineering and infrastructure industries, consistently exceeding quota.
- Deep understanding of ECM solutions, BIM and construction workflows.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders.
- Fluent business proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
