Senior Digital Project Manager (Web & GTM)

About the role

We are seeking a senior digital project manager to lead strategic web and go‑to‑market (GTM) programs for a global SaaS leader. This fully remote position based in Chile works closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the web program roadmap from planning to launch.
• Lead website releases, coordinating design, development, content, QA and marketing teams.
• Drive cross‑functional GTM initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Build scalable project‑management frameworks and processes.
• Identify risks, prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized with strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace.
