Senior Director, Capabilities LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead the transformation of modern trade capabilities across Latin America. The role will drive sales force upskilling, customer service excellence, and strategic distribution partnerships to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and upskilling of Modern Trade sales teams (Merchandisers, Supervisors, KAMs) across the LATAM system.
• Manage the customer service function to achieve high fill‑rate, optimal inventory days, and logistics efficiency.
• Redesign the Modern Trade Route‑to‑Market model, including sales force design, operating routines, role profiles, and incentive structures.
• Implement sales force automation tools and embed AI‑driven innovations such as Agentic AI and Video Recognition.
• Collaborate with KO bottlers, internal Operations, and Platform Services to deploy scalable processes and technologies.
• Lead distribution partnerships with other CPGs to drive incremental revenue and improve Net Promoter Score.
• Deliver measurable impact on OI, revenue, ICE, and OSA performance in the Modern Trade channel.

Required profile

• Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management with influence at all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership in executing multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with solid commercial acumen.
• Experience in modern trade channels and sales force design.
