Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Part‑time

About the role

We are seeking two part‑time Senior Healthcare Support Workers to join the inpatient ward at Badenoch and Strathspey Community Hospital in Aviemore. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering patient‑focused care to a diverse community‑based population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to in‑patients, assisting with daily living activities and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to ensure safe and effective patient journeys.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection‑control and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Support discharge planning and community follow‑up where required.
