Senior Medical Science Liaison – Oncology (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru)

About the role

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will lead BMS’s oncology medical engagement across Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. Working in the field, you will build trusted scientific partnerships with investigators and thought leaders, delivering timely data and insights that support appropriate use of BMS medicines and improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the country field medical lead, engaging clinical investigators and therapeutic leaders.
• Lead investigator relationships, support site feasibility, enable patient recruitment and facilitate evidence‑generation activities in close collaboration with Regional Clinical Operations.
• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with the local Oncology Medical Affairs strategy, focusing on medical education and disease‑landscape shaping.
• Spend 80‑90% of time with external stakeholders, providing therapeutic‑area expertise and supporting internal teams.
• Travel internationally as required to meet stakeholders and attend relevant events.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in medical affairs or scientific liaison roles within oncology.
• Strong therapeutic‑area expertise and proven ability to build peer‑to‑peer scientific relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial engagement, site feasibility, and patient recruitment support.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple countries.
