Senior Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Meta Ads Specialist to lead paid social campaigns for a boutique marketing agency that serves local wineries and distilleries across the United States. The role focuses on driving local awareness, event attendance, and community engagement through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for event attendance, engagement, lead generation, and local traffic.
• Write high‑performing, brand‑aligned ad copy that resonates with local audiences.
• Analyze client assets—including websites, social media, and brand guidelines—to inform messaging.
• Conduct weekly research on client events, promotions, and announcements.
• Proactively propose new campaign ideas, messaging angles, and performance improvements.
• Manage approximately 20 client accounts, providing full ownership of campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on engagement, awareness, and traffic rather than pure e‑commerce conversions.
• Strong understanding of local and radius‑based targeting to reach specific geographic audiences.
• Excellent copywriting ability to craft event‑driven messaging that matches diverse brand voices.
• Self‑starter who can take ownership of accounts and identify opportunities without constant direction.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment.
