Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS/Android

About the role

We are building a new class of consumer hardware that will transform how people interact with their living spaces. As a Senior Mobile Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end consumer app on both iOS and Android, delivering commerce, measurement, connectivity, and daily control experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture, delivery, and quality of the iOS and Android consumer app.
• Design and ship commerce flows, including checkout and payments (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Implement the computer‑vision measurement pipeline: AprilTag detection, pose estimation, camera calibration, multi‑frame fusion, and capture UX.
• Build BLE and Wi‑Fi connectivity layers and device‑control surfaces in partnership with firmware.
• Set up and maintain production infrastructure: CI/CD, crash reporting, analytics, feature flags, and release management.
• Collaborate with design on onboarding, error handling, and consumer‑grade polish.
• Contribute to team growth through technical mentorship, interviewing, and setting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years shipping production consumer mobile apps with at least one publicly released app.
• Deep expertise in one native platform (Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Compose) and working knowledge of the other.
• Experience delivering commerce features and payment integrations.
