Senior Project Manager – Events & Experiences

About the role

Fever is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the creation, launch and scaling of original live‑entertainment experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data‑driven insights into unforgettable events that reach audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage end‑to‑end events, ensuring they meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other departments to define scaling strategies for multiple markets.
• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for key experiences.
• Analyse business opportunities, propose operational improvements and drive high customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Pitch and close events with major entertainment partners.
• Work with the marketing team to maximise ticket sales and media coverage.
• Manage revenue reporting, growth targets and share best‑practice learnings across cities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a passion for shaping the future of live entertainment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through delivery and post‑event analysis.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday‑Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
