Senior Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization & Software Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑powered industrial software solutions across the United States and Latin America. This remote, customer‑facing position combines project leadership, industrial engineering knowledge, and international stakeholder management to drive digital transformation in complex manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, acting as the primary contact for customers, local partners, and internal engineering teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and external partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations are met.
• Monitor progress through regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, decisions, and action items.
• Support on‑site activities at customer manufacturing plants for implementation, governance, and engagement.
• Contribute to regional delivery capability growth by sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving software, automation, process control, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience delivering projects in manufacturing or process sectors such as cement, chemicals, refining, mining, or pulp & paper.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
• Strong customer‑facing project management skills with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships.
