Senior Project Manager (Remote, Chile)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment. The role is fully remote and open only to Chilean residents.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through delivery, defining scope, timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate efforts across marketing, product, sales and customer‑facing teams to keep objectives aligned.
- Provide regular status updates, track milestones and communicate risks, dependencies and roadblocks.
- Develop and refine project‑management processes, templates and best practices.
- Support strategic initiatives by linking day‑to‑day execution with broader business goals.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 5‑8+ years of project management experience in technology, SaaS or similarly fast‑moving environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects from planning to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
