Senior Project Manager (Remote, Chile)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment. The role is fully remote and open only to Chilean residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, defining scope, timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate efforts across marketing, product, sales and customer‑facing teams to keep objectives aligned.
• Provide regular status updates, track milestones and communicate risks, dependencies and roadblocks.
• Develop and refine project‑management processes, templates and best practices.
• Support strategic initiatives by linking day‑to‑day execution with broader business goals.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of project management experience in technology, SaaS or similarly fast‑moving environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
