Senior Visual Designer (Contractor) – Creative Technologist

About the role

Nirvana is seeking a Senior Visual Designer on a contract basis to join its creative team in Chile. The role blends brand‑centric visual design with cutting‑edge AI tools to produce high‑impact digital assets for a fast‑growing insur‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand systems, website designs, marketing campaigns, sales‑enablement materials, social media content, presentations, and other creative assets across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate on lightweight prototypes, explore creative tooling, and integrate AI‑assisted workflows into the design process.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.

Required profile

• Strong visual and digital design expertise focused on marketing and web experiences.
• Deep brand sensibility with the ability to build and sustain visual identity systems.
• Proven experience designing across diverse formats such as websites, campaigns, decks, and social media.
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers and understand buildable solutions.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for image generation and creative assistance.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX and visual design.
• AI image‑generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux).
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms such as Claude.
