Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our architecture team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale technology solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise, client engagement, and thought leadership, helping customers transform business requirements into resilient, production‑ready systems.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Lead a team of technology experts and own the success of technology programs.
• Act as a technical advisor to client leaders and delivery teams.
• Design and present solution architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Leverage Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API development, integration, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and micro‑services.
• Evaluate technology strategies to ensure alignment with industry standards and business goals.
• Select essential technologies and create program roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Produce and share thought leadership within your areas of expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture.
• At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more.
• Hands‑on software development experience, including Generative AI implementations.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
