Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our architecture team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑level technology solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise, client interaction, and thought leadership to create resilient, scalable systems that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Lead a team of technology specialists and ensure program success.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for client executives and delivery teams.
• Design and communicate solution architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Apply expertise in Generative AI, cloud platforms, API development, integration, data management, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Analyze technology environments to ensure alignment with industry standards and business goals.
• Guide the selection of core technologies and solution components.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.
• Develop thought leadership and share knowledge within the organization.
• Coach engineers and architects to evolve architectural standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience managing distributed teams of five or more.
• Hands‑on experience in multiple project lifecycles.
• Practical background in implementing Generative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
