Solution Engineer – Solar

About the role

Huawei Technologies is seeking a Solution Engineer specialized in solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions to join its Digital Power team. The role combines solution design, technical support, and service delivery management to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop PMGD projects and guide customers on Huawei FusionSolar solutions.
• Organize and deliver presentations that showcase Huawei’s solar value proposition.
• Design solar projects and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Identify and develop new solar opportunities through market activities.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights on trends and policies.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to guarantee proper project execution, timely implementation, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineer degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the PV market.
• BESS knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Huawei inverters and BESS.
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
