Supervisor de Servicio – Mantenimiento de Ascensores

About the role

The Service Supervisor will lead the planning, coordination and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for elevator equipment. Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role ensures high‑quality service delivery and supports commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for assigned equipment.
• Handle service requests and complaints, issuing work orders to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to clients during maintenance, repair and claim processes.
• Support field technicians with technical guidance to solve equipment problems.
• Monitor and report on performance indicators related to service operations.
• Assist the commercial department in client retention, recovery and sales opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Technical or professional degree in Electronic, Electrotechnical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar service or maintenance roles.
• Experience in multinational companies, preferably in the elevator sector.
• Field experience with installation, adjustment or maintenance of elevators.
• Proven experience managing personnel.
• Knowledge of various electronic technologies used in elevators.
