About the role

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the organization’s warehouses, ensuring efficient processing, packaging, storage, and distribution of supplies, materials, and equipment. This role oversees the flow of goods, maintains accurate inventory records, and guarantees compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Audit incoming goods and maintain accurate accounting of all supplies.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize space utilization.
• Ensure effectiveness of operating procedures, facility maintenance, and equipment protection.
• Supervise support‑level staff, set day‑to‑day objectives, and monitor task completion.
• Resolve issues escalated by support personnel and enforce policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a four‑year college degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of functional experience, including at least three years in warehouse operations and one year in a leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of department processes and ability to make limited procedural exceptions.
