About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Support interviewers by summarizing candidate experience, interests, and commitment.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
