About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Review candidate information to assess overall fit.
- Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
- Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Support interviewers by summarizing candidate experience, interests, and commitment.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
