Are you passionate about enhancing patient experience and driving service excellence? NHS Fife is offering a strategic 3-month secondment opportunity as a Team Lead within our dedicated Patient Experience team. Reporting directly to the Head of Patient Experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring person-centered care by leading complaint management and patient feedback processes.

Missions principales

• Lead and oversee the management of patient complaints and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive service improvements by collaborating closely with clinical teams, senior management, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care through effective feedback loops.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Influence organizational change through data-driven insights from patient experiences.

• Experienced senior professional looking to broaden expertise in patient experience and complaint management.
