About the role
Omnissa is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. You will ensure successful implementation of Omnissa’s AI‑driven digital work platform, guide customers through their technology roadmap, and become a trusted advisor across all levels of the client organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate major Omnissa initiatives for assigned customers, providing project management and solution architecture.
- Serve as the single point of contact, delivering technical guidance, troubleshooting, and answering product‑related questions.
- Manage cross‑functional Omnissa teams, including professional services, engineering, product, marketing, and support.
- Design and develop innovative solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date functional and technical knowledge of the entire Omnissa product suite.
- Prioritize and balance competing requests across multiple simultaneous client engagements.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to Product Management based on customer needs.
- Document best practices for deploying, optimizing, and scaling Omnissa solutions.
- Act as a front‑line technical resource for best‑practice guidance and informal customer support.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with C‑level, managerial, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
