About the role

The Service Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, escalators and moving walkways at Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. The role combines technical work with direct customer interaction, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all assigned equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent corrective repairs on elevators, escalators and moving walkways.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and document findings using digital platforms.
• Provide on‑site customer service, report defects to supervisors, and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
• Support occasional projects in installations, assemblies and modernisations across other operational areas.
• Adhere to Otis safety policies and local regulations at all times.
