Video Editor for Paid Social Content

About the role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping content for paid social campaigns. You will work closely with our Paid Social team to create platform‑native videos that are on‑brand, conversion‑focused, and consistently high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage, handling transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• 2+ years of video editing experience for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing range, and creative judgment.
• Deep familiarity with short‑form and long‑form content specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expert‑level Adobe After Effects.
• Adobe Photoshop (optional but a plus).
• Motion graphics knowledge.
• Experience with Notion, Slack, and GSuite.
• Familiarity with Loom for async communication.
