Affluent Experience Manager (Chile)

About the role

Visa is looking for an Affluent Experience Manager to design, orchestrate and elevate the end‑to‑end experience for high‑net‑worth clients in Chile. You will be the central orchestrator of a premium ecosystem, ensuring seamless, personalized interactions across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full affluent client journey—from invitation and onboarding to activation, engagement and retention.
• Lead the execution of premium benefits and curated experiences across key categories.
• Manage strategic vendors and partners, defining SLAs, quality controls and governance frameworks.
• Develop high‑touch service strategies for call centers, concierge services and digital channels.
• Define and track KPIs on usage, satisfaction and service performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and launch initiatives to enhance the value proposition, activation, usage and loyalty.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Client Services, Technology, Risk, Issuers) to ensure aligned execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, leading audits and risk management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in premium products, customer experience or service design.
• Proven track record managing vendor ecosystems and delivering high‑quality execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end customer experience initiatives.
• Experience with affluent or premium client segments is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
