AI Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Technical Project Manager to lead automation initiatives that streamline enterprise workflows. The role is fully remote and involves translating strategic objectives into AI‑driven solutions that improve planning, reporting and content generation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and deploy AI‑based automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, aligning technical deliverables with business goals and timelines.
• Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while handling cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Define automation roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and steer technical direction of AI transformation projects.
• Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms with existing systems such as JIRA to improve data and document flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical program or project management with a focus on AI automation.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑driven workflow improvements and scaling prototypes.
• Strong ability to manage complex technical programs and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
