Asistente de Ventas – Costanera

About the role
The Sales Assistant will be the front‑line representative of the ONLY store located on Costanera. Working 42 hours per week on rotating shifts, you will support customers, maintain the shop floor and help drive sales in a fast‑moving fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise and ensure accurate labeling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, including window displays.
- Support inventory control and report any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Minimum six months experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work in a team.
- Flexible availability for rotating 5‑day work weeks, including weekends.
