Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will support EECOL Electric’s operations by performing routine inspections and developing quality assurance testing models for raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products. This role ensures compliance with customer and product specifications while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections and testing on materials and products.
• Develop and apply testing models and procedures for analysis.
• Monitor compliance with customer and product specifications.
• Identify and suggest solutions for product‑related problems.
• Work largely unsupervised on complex products and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance engineering experience.
• Experience with a variety of testing techniques.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of test methodology, tools, standards and procedures.
