Associate Website Designer (Remote)

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Website Designer to join its fully remote team. You will support existing website customers while helping onboard new clients, working closely with the seasoned Website Design team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage support tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Communicate with customers via video calls, email, and voice to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Take scoping and content‑collection calls, then coordinate details with website designers.
• Oversee the timely completion of website builds and ensure quality meets client expectations.
• Assist customers with domain acquisition, DNS settings, and publishing.
• Edit published sites using Cloudbeds’ in‑house website builder.
• Investigate website errors and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Passion for web design and a desire to build a career in the field.
• Experience creating websites on platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Background in customer service with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle deadline‑driven pressure and communicate clearly with diverse client profiles.
