Business Development Representative – Remote (LatAm & US)

About the role

RevAI is an AI consulting and implementation firm serving clients across Latin America and the United States. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads for a client project, working fully remote and handling outreach in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify outbound prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeting mid‑market and growth‑stage companies in logistics, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and corporate research.
• Execute outreach sequences in English and Spanish, tailoring tone and messaging for the LatAm and US markets.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Book qualified meetings that meet a clear qualification criteria, not just volume.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and sequences based on response data.
• Report weekly pipeline metrics, including contacts, response rates, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment, preferably tech, SaaS, or consulting.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot (or similar CRM) with a willingness to ramp up quickly.
• Strong written communication able to craft non‑generic outreach.
• Self‑managed and disciplined to meet clear remote activity metrics.
• Nice to have: prior experience prospecting across both LatAm and US markets.
