Business Language Trainer – Portuguese & English

About the role

Bridge is seeking experienced professionals to deliver Business English and Portuguese training to adult learners employed by multinational companies across Latin America. The position combines remote instruction with occasional in‑person sessions in Santiago, Chile, allowing you to impact careers while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 1:1 and small‑group business language classes tailored to learners’ professional goals.
• Use communicative, learner‑centered methods to improve speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
• Provide clear feedback, track progress, and adjust lesson plans as needed.
• Maintain Bridge’s high teaching standards and promote cultural awareness.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in both Portuguese and English (C1/C2 level).
• College degree and TEFL/TESOL certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching adults, preferably in business contexts.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using virtual classroom platforms.
