Customer Services Representative – Freight Coordination

About the role

Join DSV’s global logistics team as a Customer Services Representative, supporting the commercial area with freight coordination and customer communication. You will ensure shipments are tracked accurately and customers receive timely updates throughout the transport process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial department with daily tasks and inquiries.
• Manage effective and timely communication with customers, DSV offices, and agents.
• Coordinate freight shipments from origin to arrival confirmation, keeping all data current in the CW1 operating system.
• Maintain and control shipment files, including accepted offers, costs, and revenue entries.
• Open and process files according to established standards and strict procedural discipline.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict standards and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
