Customer Solutions Prime Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Solutions Prime Sales Representative will lead and manage relationships with Caterpillar dealers to market and sell our construction and mining equipment, engines, and related services. You will work closely with dealers to develop their sales capability, introduce new products, and drive business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dedicated solutions for business growth by understanding dealer business models and customer challenges.
• Design and lead the annual business plan, setting sales targets and related KPIs.
• Assist dealers with forecasting, sales‑strategy planning, and sales techniques, supporting new‑product rollouts.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Proven experience in dealer or channel sales within industrial or equipment sectors.
• Ability to design and execute sales plans and meet defined targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
