Customer Success Specialist

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist will join Mastercard’s Services Customer Success team to help priority customers and market segments achieve greater value from Mastercard’s network products. Working closely with senior Customer Success Managers and cross‑functional partners, the specialist will drive proactive engagement, support adoption, and contribute to long‑term customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber‑threat landscapes in the payments sector.
• Identify optimisation opportunities that increase customer value, align with strategic goals, and improve cost and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and utilisation of Mastercard network services.
• Support senior Customer Success Managers in developing and executing tailored engagement plans.
• Track and communicate key performance indicators related to cost, performance, and adoption.
• Provide feedback to product and process teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or related client‑facing roles within the financial‑services or digital‑payments industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
