Digital Onboarding Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Onboarding Associate to help restaurateurs launch and manage their brands on our online food‑delivery platforms. Based in Santiago, you will guide customers through menu creation, brand setup and ongoing support to ensure a smooth launch.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers during onboarding and launch of brands on the OFO platform.
• Review and build menus for online storefronts, extracting menu data and synthesising it across multiple delivery platforms.
• Train customers on online brand management via phone, Zoom and email, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Provide high‑quality product support while following established processes to minimise errors.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on brand menus with speed and attention to detail.
• Collaborate regularly with the onboarding team, local customer success managers and account executives to ensure a positive experience.
• Achieve CSAT targets and partner with sales and success teams to drive implementation success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Onboarding Specialist.
• Proven ability to support customers on a daily basis.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments that require adaptability and initiative.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
