Finance Analyst – Entry Level (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a young professional to join BairesDev’s finance team as an entry‑level Finance Analyst. Working remotely, you will support financial planning, reporting and analysis while learning from experienced colleagues in a global tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts with accurate data.
• Gather, organize and interpret key financial metrics to support performance analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate data for planning processes.
• Monitor expenses, identify variances against budget and flag findings to senior staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, planning or corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
