General Manager – Fitness Center

About the role

EōS Fitness is looking for a motivated, sales‑driven General Manager to lead its club operations. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing membership, driving revenue, and building a high‑performing team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to all team members.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue targets, track KPIs, and develop strategies to improve retention and new sign‑ups.
• Provide constructive performance feedback and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Manage emergency situations calmly, providing clear instructions to staff and members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interest or prior experience in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence teams.
