Global Insights & Analytics Junior Analyst

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Global Insights & Analytics Junior Analyst to turn complex data into strategic insights that drive brand growth. You will work within a collaborative, innovative environment, supporting the marketing team with data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean and interpret data to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate on market research and consumer behaviour projects to identify emerging trends.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards that visualise key findings clearly.
• Assist in building robust data models and analytics systems to streamline insight generation.
• Detect patterns and correlations within datasets and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in data analysis with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
