About the role

Headshots.com is looking for skilled retouchers to transform smartphone‑taken professional headshots into studio‑quality images. You will work remotely, applying the company’s production standards to deliver natural, realistic results at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Retouch headshots from mobile photos, preserving skin texture and realistic lighting.
• Correct skin tone, noise, exposure, and soft‑focus issues.
• Remove or reduce glasses glare while maintaining authenticity.
• Perform seamless background swaps and composites.
• Maintain consistency across large batches and meet daily/weekly volume targets.

Required profile

• Experienced in natural‑look skin retouching with no over‑processing.
• Strong attention to detail for hair masking and edge work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high‑quality work at scale.
• Clear written English; spoken English for occasional Zoom calls is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (licensed subscription).
• Graphics tablet (Wacom, Huion, XP‑Pen, or similar).
