HR Analyst – Querétaro

About the role

The HR Analyst will support the Human Resources department of Airbus Helicopters Mexico, ensuring smooth administrative processes, payroll accuracy, and a high‑quality employee experience. Based in Querétaro, the role acts as the primary point of contact for staff throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, collect documents, create files, sign contracts and prepare day‑one tools.
• Process personnel movements such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and contract renewals.
• Manage off‑boarding steps, including resignation letters, severance calculations and exit interviews.
• Serve as the main HR contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits and employment verification.
• Escalate complex labor‑relations issues, serious grievances or major conflicts to the appropriate HR Business Partner.
• Capture, review and validate daily/weekly attendance, overtime, shift changes and paid time off.
• Register and track IMSS medical leaves and other paid or unpaid absences.
• Submit consolidated attendance and incident reports to the central payroll team.
• Support planning and execution of internal events, celebrations and holidays.
• Apply and contribute to the site’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience handling full‑cycle HR administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with Mexican labor regulations and IMSS processes.
• Ability to manage payroll‑related data and liaise with a centralized payroll department.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for employee support and issue escalation.
