HR Director Chile

About the role

adidas is seeking an experienced HR Director for Chile to partner with the General Manager and senior leadership team. The role will shape people strategy, drive talent initiatives and ensure that HR practices support business performance while reflecting adidas’ culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization, talent, and leadership decisions.
• Lead initiatives that improve leadership quality, team effectiveness and overall performance.
• Develop and execute the market talent agenda, including succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Balance strategic HR leadership with operational excellence to deliver impactful people practices.
• Align local HR actions with regional and global frameworks.
• Represent adidas Chile externally to strengthen employer brand and market presence.

Required profile

• Strategic HR leader with strong business acumen.
• Comfortable influencing and challenging senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and translate strategy into action.
• Experienced in leading change and transformation initiatives.
• Well‑connected within the Chilean talent and HR ecosystem.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
