Industrial Process Engineer – Project Delivery (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to lead the deployment of AI‑powered industrial software across manufacturing sites in the Americas. This fully remote, customer‑facing position blends industrial engineering, automation, and technical project delivery to ensure successful software implementation from validation to operational start‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑site implementation, commissioning, testing, and start‑up activities at customer plants.
• Validate industrial connectivity, communications, signals, and data availability required for software deployment.
• Act as the technical liaison between plant operations and internal Engineering, Data Science, and Project Delivery teams.
• Gather operational requirements, identify technical constraints, and translate plant needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate functional and technical testing with automation, maintenance, IT/OT, and engineering teams.
• Document implementation progress, configuration changes, technical issues, and project milestones.
• Collect operational data and feedback to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Support customer training during solution rollout and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience delivering industrial technology, automation, commissioning, start‑up, or implementation projects in manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience working directly on industrial plant sites throughout project implementation phases.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, and IT/OT environments.
