IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end hiring for technology roles while developing sourcing and interviewing expertise alongside senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Keep candidate records up‑to‑date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
