Junior Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounting Analyst to support the financial operations of our physical retail stores. You will be responsible for recording daily transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring that store expenses are properly tracked.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the recording of income and expenses for physical stores and update the accounting system.
• Prepare daily sales and cash receipt reports to keep the ERP accounting data current.
• Verify and monitor store-related expenses such as rent, common area costs, and utilities.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure accurate financial information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of General Accounting principles and IFRS.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
