LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead Manager

About the role

The Manager, LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of on‑site and regional technology services across Latin America. The role ensures stable, secure, and high‑quality IT operations for manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions while partnering with business leaders, global IT teams, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for technology service delivery at assigned sites, aligning with global IT standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including end‑user services, infrastructure, application support, and site‑specific technology needs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities to minimize business disruption.
• Oversee local and regional vendors, managing performance, contracts, and service‑level agreements.
• Drive execution of global and regional IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements for medical device environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery or site IT operations within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and partner with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and service providers, including performance management and issue escalation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and internationally.
