Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

As a Learning Content Developer at BairesDev, you will create engaging micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops that empower our Talent Acquisition team. Working at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, you will translate complex recruitment processes into clear, measurable learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to Talent Acquisition needs.
• Convert technical documentation into pedagogically sound learning content.
• Develop role‑based learning paths to support structured skill development.
• Track training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure content consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or tech‑adjacent industries.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data‑driven training analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• EdApp or similar LMS platform.
• E‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise).
• Multimedia production tools.
• Confluence or Notion for documentation.
