Lease-Up Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

This fully remote position leads marketing for multifamily lease‑up projects, combining digital strategy, AI‑driven automation, and data analysis to accelerate occupancy and generate qualified leasing leads from launch through stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that drive occupancy growth for lease‑up communities.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles to boost local search visibility.
• Maintain WordPress property sites, landing pages, and online content for conversion‑focused experiences.
• Syndicate apartment listings across rental platforms and internet listing services (ILS).
• Plan, launch, and refine paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Build automated lead‑nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools, incorporating AI solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, occupancy metrics, and marketing KPIs to recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, vendors, and external partners while supporting reporting and SOP creation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing initiatives for multifamily lease‑up properties.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, WordPress, and social media advertising.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and AI/automation tools.
