Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

Puulse is looking for a full‑time Marketing & Content Coordinator to work remotely from South America. You will create a high volume of graphic and video assets that support recruiting, internal marketing, and the sales teams across an international telecom company.

Key responsibilities

• Design recruiting ads and marketing assets at high volume for multiple markets.
• Edit video content for recruiting, top‑performer features, culture clips, and training material.
• Create leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements to energize sales teams.
• Transform recorded interviews into short, shareable clips for training and recruiting.
• Help build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits.
• Support external recruiting content on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage a broad mix of day‑to‑day tasks and quick‑turnaround requests as priorities shift.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to maintain quality at high output.
• Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content.
• A sharp design eye and good judgment on what content connects with audiences.
• Highly organized to juggle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with global teams.
